At Hashmi Foundation, we meet women who’ve faced generations of silence — told to stay home, stay quiet, stay invisible. And we’ve seen what happens when you give them a platform, a skill, and a little belief.
Sabeena, once dependent on her husband’s uncertain income, today runs a small tailoring shop outside her home. Nilofer, a young widow, now trains other women in stitching, while raising her two daughters proudly. These are not rare stories — these are our stories.
Through skill development workshops — stitching, baking, digital basics — we’ve empowered hundreds of women to step into their own strength. We don’t just teach skills. We rebuild confidence. We reignite purpose.
